LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Quentin Tidwell pleaded guilty to a February 2012 charge that he conspired to distribute more than 280 grams of crack cocaine. The mandatory minimum sentence for that offense is 120 months in prison. See 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(l)(A)(iii). At his February 20, 2013, sentencing, the district court1 determined that Tidwell’s advisory guidelines range was 135 to 168 months and sentenced him to 135 months in prison.
