MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
EDWARD C. REED, Jr., District Judge.
James J. Darnell petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The Magistrate recommended denial of the petition and Darnell timely filed objections to her report and recommendation.
Darnell, who was convicted in 1975 of attempted possession of stolen property, has twice before been in federal district court, to the Ninth Circuit and before the Nevada Supreme Court three times on the issues before this Court.1 The transcripts and court files in this case are understandably voluminous.
