Factual Background

On September 30, 2015, the debtors, Fernando and Suzanne Villarreal (the “Debtors”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors scheduled their residence located at 123 W. Hadley Road, Dayton, Ohio (the “Property”) as jointly held in fee simple with a value of $443,000. (doc. 144).
