American Air Filter Company, Inc. (American), brought this bill under G. L. c. 149, § 29, against Innamorati Brothers, Inc. (Innamorati), and the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (Hartford) to recover for materials furnished by American to one of Innamorati’s subcontractors in the construction of a'public building. The case is before us on American’s appeal from the final decree riiRrmssiug; the bill on the basis of facts found and reported by a master, and an interlocutory decree confirming the master’s report.
