Error from• Grady County Court; N. M. Williams, Judge. Josh McCord was convicted of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor, and he brings error. On the 9th day of December, 1907, there was died in the county court of Grady county an information charging the plaintiff in error, who will hereinafter be referred to as tbe accused, with the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor, to wit, whisky; that such unlawful sale was made on the 8th day of December, 1907, in quantities unknown and to parties unknown to the informant.
