BROOKS, Judge.
Appellant was prosecuted for wilfully injuring the personal property of another and his punishment assessed at a fine of $100.
The charging part of the information is as follows: “Did unlawfully and wilfully injure and destroy certain personal property, to wit: did cut, injure and pull up posts that was to be used as a phone line, the same being the personal property of and belonging to M.
