WHITTINGTON, Justice.

We grant appellants’ October 19, 2004 motion for rehearing. We vacate our opin ion and judgment, minute book volume 93, page 4334, dated October 4, 2004. This is now the opinion of the Court.

In this interlocutory appeal, we must determine whether the trial judge erred in granting Travelhost, Inc.’s request for a temporary injunction.
