Almon R. Meek, Attorney-General of the State of Florida, who, for the people of the State of Florida, prosecutes, in this behalf, comes here into the said Supreme Court, and moves the said court to strike out from the answer or return made to said rule, the causes or grounds therein shown, stated, and set forth, numbered respectively nine, ten, eleven, and thirteen, for irrelevancy and impertinence. , Almon R. delivered the opinión of the court.

The respondent, by way of showing cause why a writ should not issue upon the information filed herein, urges reasons, numbered respectively from one to thirteen.

The Attorney-General moves to strike out, as irrelevant and impertinent, the causes numbered 9, 10, 11 and 13.

This motion has been Arery fully and faithfully argued, and incidentally, the merits of nearly all the points made by the respondent have been discussed.
