MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HANSEN, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 36). Having reviewed the submissions of the parties, having considered the applicable law, and otherwise being fully informed in the matter, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction over Plaintiffs claims against Defendant Department of Public Safety, and Plaintiffs official capacity claims against Defendants Long, Archibeque, Apodaca, Lloyd, and de Baca due to Eleventh Amendment immunity.
