— This is a petition under the Declaratory Judgments Act of June 18, 1923, P. L. 840, amended by the Act of April 25, 1935, P. L. 72.

Petitioner, Verna P. Lansinger, sets forth a marriage with defendant, Earl F. Lansinger, on June 1,1917, and alleges that on and prior to March 5,1935, petitioner and this defendant were domiciled and lived together as husband and wife in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; that on the date last mentioned defendant left their common habitation, took up separate lodgings in said…
