This as an action of trespass to try title, instituted in the district court of Lubbock county, Tex., by Alice Rayner against W. S. Posey and George W. Carter, for lot No. 11, in block 133, situated in the town of Lubbock, to which action the defendants pleaded not guilty, innocent purchaser, and the statutes of limitations of three, five, and ten years.
