Richard Etter, the plaintiff-appellant, was hired by J. Pease Construction Co., Inc., (“Company”) a land and site developer, in May 1987 and became a participant in the Company’s Profit Sharing Trust (“Plan”) December 31, 1988, retroactive to January 1, 1988.
