MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON COMPLAINT FOR RELIEF FROM STAY

On November 30, 1981, a hearing was held on the complaint of the Springfield Institution for Savings (“Bank”) seeking relief from the automatic stay, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, to allow it to proceed with foreclosure proceedings with respect to residential property owned by the debtors. Both parties were represented by counsel at the hearing. The Bank presented a written appraisal of the subject property and oral argument was heard.
