In this case suit was brought upon the bond of Isaac Coale, Jr., as one of the executors of John Gable whose will was admitted to prohate in February, 1856. By this will the testator devised all the residue of his estate, real and personal, after payment of debts and funeral expenses, to his wife, Louisa M. Gable, George Neilson and Isaac Coale, Jr., and the survivor of them, in trust for the purposes therein stated, and appointed the same parties his executors.
