This is an appeal from a final order of forfeiture of a motor vehicle under the provision of section 932.704, Florida Statutes (1981).

The appellee Sheriff of Marion County, on December 17, 1982, filed a complaint requesting the trial court to issue a rule to show cause why a 1979 Ford Thunderbird automobile should not be forfeited to the Appellee.
