This case is before the court based on federal question and diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiff alleges price discrimination in violation of the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S. C. § 13, attempted monopolization in violation of both § 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2, and the Illinois Antitrust Act, Ill.Rev.Stat. (1987), ch. 38, 1160-3(3), and unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of the laws of both Illinois, Ill.Rev. Stat.
