*1116Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Joseph G. Makowski, J.), entered April 16, 2003. The order, among other things, held defendant in civil and criminal contempt for multiple violations of seven orders, permanently enjoined defendant from engaging in certain conduct and sentenced defendant.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously modified on the law by vacating the eighth ordering paragraph and as modified the order is affirmed without costs.
