This matter is opened before the Court upon the motions of defendants Harish Chopra, Timetrust, Inc., and R-Squared Limited for summary judgment dismissing counts one and two of the two-count complaint against them and for summary judgment on their counterclaim against plaintiff Vestcom International, Inc. The motions have been decided upon the written submissions of the parties pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78.
