Joseph Alcina appeals from a judgment dismissing his claim for total and permanent disability under the Workmen’s Compensation laws. We affirm the decision of the trial court as delineated below.

This case arises originally from a Workmen’s Compensation suit filed by Joseph Alcina against Days Inn of America, Inc. and Bellefonte Insurance Company, its alleged insurer. Plaintiff was employed by Days Inn when a soft drink vending machine fell upon him, injuring his back and leg, on or about November 15,1979.
