This is an action by the plaintiff, the former wife and judgment creditor of the defendant David Borenstein, against him and others to set aside certain transfers alleged to have been made in fraud of her rights as such creditor. The plaintiff and the defendant David Borenstein were husband and wife. They resided in New York from the time of their marriage until the plaintiff left her husband and took up her residence in California.
