INTRODUCTION

Sara M. Godsey sought benefits, alleging that she had sustained injuries while employed by Casey’s General Stores, Inc. A trial judge of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court awarded Godsey temporary total disability (TTD) and future medical payments, among other things.
