In February, 1972, Deborah La Vallee was injured when an automobile operated by Dean Ganott, in which she was a passenger, ran off the road and crashed. La Vallee and Ganott had attended a party on premises of the Schenectady County Community College sponsored by the Student Government Association of said college. A temporary permit for the sale of beer had been obtained from appropriate State authorities.
