Sara Lee Corp. files this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq., challenging certain acts and practices of American Bakers Association Retirement Plan and its Board of Trustees (collectively, the “ABA Plan”), and seeking judicial review of a 2006 determination of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.
