Appellee Linda Morrison sustained extensive injuries to her neck, shoulder, and lower back when her 1977 Oldsmobile collided with a 1973 Lincoln Continental driven by appellant Foster, an Ohio resident, after the latter made a sudden left turn across the path of the oncoming Morrison car.
