Barnett, P. J.,

— Defendant was convicted .upon an indictment charging him with failure to stop and render assistance after having been involved in an automobile accident resulting in injury to two persons, in violation of subsection (b) of section 1025 of The Vehicle Code of May 1,1929, P. L. 905, as amended by the Act of June 22,1931, P. L. 751. He has moved for a new trial and in arrest of judgment.

The conviction was based upon what seems to us the convincing weight of the credible testimony, and should not be set aside unless for compelling reasons. Of the reasons assigned in support of…
