{¶ 1} Appellants Jane D. Brunn, Linda R. Shifman, Mary Lou Fisher, Carol A. Maxwell, Cheryl U. Streicher, Phyllis McNicholas, Roberta Bandel Walcer, Ruth Golladay, and Diane Zisis appeal the trial court’s decision to disqualify the law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (“the Ogletree firm”), as defense counsel. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
