International Systems, Inc. (ISI), entered into an agreement with the City of Buford, Georgia, as its client, effective when signed by both parties (November 11, 1977), the same to be in effect for a year from that date (November 11, 1977). ISI was to provide the client with federal funding reports and services with reference thereto and in accordance with request for same. The client agreed to pay ISI an annual fee of $15,000, $7,500 when the agreement was signed “and $7,500 on May 11,1977” (1978-?). However, both parties agreed to change the amount of consideration…
