George Jackson, a resident of Monroe county * Ky.,, in April, 1928, died intestate,, and without issue, leaving" surviving him a widow, Mary Jackson, and as heir at. law, his next of kin of the .degree of cousins. At his death he was the owner of .valuable real and personal, property of the value of a little more than $25,000. His widow, Mary Jackson, qualified as administratrix of his. estate, and filed this action in the Monroe circuit court, to settle and distribute his estate between her and his. heirs at law.
