Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), entered August 25, 2006, which granted petitioner’s application, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.
The parties are the parents of a son (born in 1994). They divorced in 1996 and respondent (hereinafter the mother) received custody, with petitioner (hereinafter the father) afforded visitation.
