PHILLIPS, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiff in an employment racial discrimination case brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e. We affirm.

The Hospital initially raises a jurisdictional issue, contending that the complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission was untimely. The procedural chronology is as follows: Mildred Anderson was discharged on April 29, 1967.
