Ian Bowles appeals his convictions for stalking and aggravated stalking in violation of court orders and a domestic violence injunction. Raising two issues, he argues that the trial, court erred in (1) denying his motion for mistrial and giving a curative instruction in connection with witness testimony, and (2) admitting irrelevant and prejudicial evidence concerning the related family court order.
