MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RE: PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND

On March 18, 2013, Plaintiffs Nancy and David Olson (“Plaintiffs”) filed this action in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The Complaint alleges only state law claims. On April 24, 2013, Defendants Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) and Bank of America, N.A. (“Bank of America,” and collectively with Wells Fargo, “Bank Defendants”) removed this action to this court.1 The Notice of Removal (“NOR”) asserts that we have subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship.
