The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 07-072, concluding that BINCY Y. ABRAHAM of MARLTON, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1998, should be suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months for violating RPC 1.15(a)(failure to safeguard clients’ funds), RPC 1.7(conflict of interest), RPC 5.4(c)(allowing third party to direct and regulate lawyer’s professional judgment in rendering legal services to others), RPC. 8.4(e)(misrepresentation), and Rule 1:21-6 and RPC 1.15(d)(reeordkeeping violations);
