[ iThis appeal arises from the defendant’s conviction of two counts of second degree murder, by non-unanimous verdicts, and his sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
We find that sufficient evidence existed such that a trier of fact could have found the defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. We find that the trial court judge’s limitation of the cross-examination of the State’s witness’ criminal history constitutes harmless error.
