MABRY, Justice.

This is a suit involving the cancellation and setting aside of a quit-claim deeo. executed by plaintiffs-appellees to defendant Eugenia Manderfield, by which deed all the interests of the plaintiffs-appellees to real property which they claim they were entitled to take as heirs of an aunt, one Cyrilla B. Manderfield, were conveyed to defendant-appellant. The court entered judgment cancelling the deed and this appeal follows.
