This is a copyright infringement action commenced by Plaintiffs Judi Boisson and her wholly-owned company, American Country Quilts and Linens, Inc. (Collectively “Boisson” or “Plaintiff”) against Defendants Banian, Inc. and its principal, Vijay Rao (collectively “Defendant”). Plaintiffs action alleges that quilts marketed by Defendant infringed upon Plaintiffs copyrighted designs. The case was tried before the Honorable Thomas C.
