RECENT PROCEDURAL DEVELOPMENTS
We previously reversed the district court’s judgment dismissing the plaintiff-appellant’s antitrust suit for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under § 6a(2) of the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act of 1982 (“FTAIA”).
