In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the petitioners, the paternal grandparents of the subject child, appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County *1353(Phillips, Ct Atty Referee), dated April 4, 2008, which dismissed so much of their petition as sought custody of the subject child.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
