— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendant the New York Blower Company appeals from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Green, J.), dated May 21, 1982, which, inter alia, denied its motion pursuant to CPLR 3126 to strike the complaint as to it. Order modified, on the law, by (1) adding a provision thereto directing plaintiffs to furnish the answers to all interrogatories to the best of their ability and (2) deleting therefrom the provision which denied unconditionally appellant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3126 and substituting therefor…
