This action was brought by the plaintiff, Charles Keefe, appellee, against defendant, Armour' & Company, appellant, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him while in the employ of defendant.
The plaintiff, previous to the injuries sued for. in this action, was in the employ of the defendant for three or four weeks as a boilermaker. The defendant’s foreman, John Burns, on the day of the accident, November 18, 1908, told the plaintiff that there was a car standing out on the track that had lost 400 or 500 pounds of grease…
