Petitioner, CMI, Inc. (“CMI”), seeks certiorari review of a circuit court order entered in its appellate capacity. Multiple DUI defendants being prosecuted in the Seminole County Court served subpoenas duces tecum on CMI’s registered agent in the State of Florida. CMI is the Kentucky-based manufacturer of the Intoxilyzer 8000 instruments that were used to administer breath tests to each of the DUI defendants.
