THOMAS, J.:
At the instance of certain “citizens, residents and taxpayers” in Special Tax School District number 3, 4, 5, 14, and 15 of Lafayette County, a peremptory writ of mandamus was issued commanding the Board of Public Instruction to appoint teachers and principals for certain schools in districts numbered 3, 5, 14, and 15 and to reopen said schools for the year 1945-1946; also to repay to the funds of these four districts moneys theretofore transferred from them.
