In an action inter alia to recover damages for breach of contract, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 18, 1975, in favor of the corporate defendants, upon an order of the same court, dated May 27, 1975, which (1) granted the separate motions of those defendants to dismiss for want of prosecution and (2) denied plaintiff’s cross motion for leave to amend the complaint.
