1Opinion of the Court

LANSING, Judge.'

Mark A. Brown appeals from an order dismissing his application for post-conviction relief. We conclude that the district court correctly dismissed all of Brown’s claims except his claim that his defense attorney was ineffective for failing to move for dismissal of duplicative counts of theft by possession of stolen property. As to that claim, we vacate the order of dismissal and remand the case for further proceedings.
