Appeal by the defendants, the Newburgh Light, Heat and Power Company and another, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the plaintiff, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Orange on the 27th. day of March, 1911, upon the verdict of a jury for $12,000, and also from an order entered in said clerk’s office on the 24th day of March, 1911, denying the defendants’ motions for a new trial made upon the minutes..

Jenks, P. J.:
The plaintiff’s intestate was killed by an electric shock when working for his master, the defendant Arrow Brick Works. The electric current was furnished to the said master by the defendant power company. The judgment is upon a verdict against both defendants, and both appeal.
