WALTER, Justice.

This is a receivership case. Horace 0. Hughes, fourteen other plaintiffs, and one corporation filed suit against Joyce Win-nette Kemp, a widow, and thirty-three other defendants seeking the appointment of a receiver to execute an oil and gas lease under Article 2320c of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas. Some of the plaintiffs own the leasehold estate in the minerals under the Northwest One-Fourth of Section 87 in Block 3 of the H. & G. N. Ry. Co. Survey in Scurry County, Texas down to the depth of 2500 feet. All the other plaintiffs own the leasehold estate in such minerals…
