*746 ¶ 1 This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of *747 appeals, State v. Justin A. Braunschweig , No. 2017AP1261-CR, unpublished slip op., 2018 WL 672699 (Wis. Ct. App. Feb. 1, 2018), affirming the Jefferson County circuit court's 2 judgment of conviction of defendant Justin A. Braunschweig ("Braunschweig") for Operating While Intoxicated ("OWI") as a second offense. 3
