On September 4, 2003, this court issued a majority panel opinion affirming the trial court’s decision ordering appellant Cleveland Bryan held without bond until his trial on the charge of assault with intent to murder while armed; one member of the panel dissented. See Bryan v. United States, 831 A.2d 383 (D.C.2003) (Bryan I).
