Petitioner filed protests against orders of the Rent Director for the St. Louis Defense-Rental Area, which determined that certain premises were subject to the Housing Regulation, established maximum rents, and reduced retroactively the “first rents” that had been collected for the premises, pursuant to Section 5 of the Rent Regulation for Housing.
