Tbe plaintiff, H. A. Stephenson, brought this action against the defendant, William Inman, and another, for the enforcement of an implied contract between the parties relating to a party wall located upon the property line between lots eleven (11) and twelve (12) in block forty-five (45) in the city of Chickasha, Grady county, Okla.; the plaintiff being the owner of lot eleven (11) and the defendant the owner of lot twelve (12).
